I tried to fit in. Until I realised I wasn’t meant to.
Seven years ago, I retrained to become a lawyer.
I thought if I worked hard enough, followed the rules, and ticked every box, I’d finally feel like I belonged
I’m Rocky, and I am a former litigation executive. From the outside, my life looked like I had it all. But behind the closed doors of my office, I was constantly battling my own brain.
Now, at 42, I’m facing a late ADHD diagnosis—and everything finally makes sense.
I’m neurodivergent. The corporate world was never built for me.
The struggle to fit in eventually reached a breaking point. I realised that my perceived “weaknesses”—my inability to focus on boring tasks, my need for creative autonomy, and my tendency to see problems in new ways—were my greatest strengths. I just needed to be in an environment where they could be assets, not liabilities.
In my darkest moments, I decided to turn my dysfunction into my power.
I stopped chasing the rat race and started building a system that worked for me.
So, I left.
And I started building my path. I discovered how to use modern tools, like AI, to handle the details that used to drain me. I created a system that leverages my hyperfocus and creative drive. Now, I’m building a business that is uniquely my own, and my mission is to help others do the same.
This website is a transparent look at my journey. I’m not a guru. I’m a fellow traveller, documenting what works, what doesn’t, and how we can build a life that truly works for the likes of us.
Now I help other neurodivergent minds do the same through protocols, coaching, and immersive retreats.
This isn’t just a business. It’s a rebellion.
And if you’re ready to stop apologising for how your brain works, you’re in the right place.
